LED Design for easy parameter selection; Wire type, wire diameter, gas type and thickness of the base metal for Synergic Welding and Soft Start, Pre-Gas, Post-Gas, Burn-Back, Crater Filling timer settings as GENERAL SETTINGS.
3 Different JOB and 2/4 Trigger mode selection from TORCH.
Industry 4.0 features such as; OEE, Arc-On Time reporting, WP setting/controlling/reporting, Barcode and RF Card reading. (Optional)
Separate Wire Feeder models are available.
4 Wheel Drive system, offers very powerful feedability for longer torches and offers less deformation on soft wires such as aluminum and flux cored wires.
ROBOT connectivity due to very stable arc and advanced communication possibilities.
The Separate wire feeder standard harness length is 5 m and can be extended up to 30 m upon request.
Manual wire feeding & gas valve buttons are inside of the wire feeding cabinet.
ø300 mm, ø270 mm and ø200 mm diameter spools and drums of any size can be used.
24V AC outlet for CO2 gas heater.
